Toen ik laatst bezig was met een kruissteek kaartje vroeg mijn kleindochter wanneer ik eens zoiets voor haar zou maken. Dus bij deze is dat gebeurd, het kruissteekpakketje kwam gratis met één van de engelse borduurbladen maar weet niet meer precies welk blad dat was. Ariël had ik lang geleden al geborduurd en nu voor mijn kleindochter verwerkt op een kaartje.

Recently, while I was working on a crossstitch project, my granddaughter asked when I was going to make something like that for her. So, that's what happened. The crossstitch kit came free with one of the English crossstitchmagazines, but I don't remember exactly which one. I had already stiched Ariel a long time ago and now incorporated it into a card for my granddaughter.
First, I adhered the embroidery to a turquoise card base using double-sided adhesive, followed by the background, which already had an opening for the cross stitched part Then, I cut the circular frame from the same cardstock as the card base to finish the card. the background was included in the kit.
